In doing a little research before writing this I found the following text about who Ultimate Support is and their mission.

As an owner of multiple Ultimate stands some that are nearly 25 years old now, I am happy to say my experience as an owner has been perfect. With only a few warranty issues over the years they have always been quick to repair or offer to replace anything regardless of the nature of the damage. They set the example of great customer service and product support in my opinion.
When it comes to the innovation part the two things that as a DJ and Event producer that I find to be the biggest assets to me are the stands with leveling legs like the (TS99BL and TS110BL for speakers and for lighting the LT99BL) and the Air Lift Assist stands (TS100B and TS110B). The air lift makes the raising and lowering of speakers super easy and can certainly help save strain on your back when it comes to lifting 40 lb or heavier speakers.
